elemental yoga

The five elements of earth, water, fire, air and space make up all of nature, and are found within our body as well. By letting our practice be a holistic one, drawing in the use of postures, intention, mudras and visualisation, we are invited to connect in more deeply with our body, to arrive at a greater sense of ease and balance. The practice is trauma-sensitive in its approach, has both yin and hatha yoga as its foundation and is inspired by Five Elements Theory, qigong, somatic movement, functional movement and myofascial release.
