ground + sound somatic support
Support curated for the whole of you - mind, body and spirit. Sessions blend compassionate listening, somatic inquiry, grounding practices, energetic support and intuitive soundshare so you feel heard, seen, and held. Through conversations with the body, we extend an invitation to befriend parts of ourselves that might be looking to be met and received. In a safe space together, we will welcome any movement or vocalising that wants to arise, so that all of our expression is allowed.
This work is especially supportive for people who relate to being sensitive, empathic or feeling "too much".
